At approximately 5pm the team was called out to search for a lost hiker at Five Lakes Basin. Two teams of hikers and one OHV team headed towards Five Lakes where initial verbal contact was made with the missing person. Not long after the initial contact the team made it's way through the trees and located the lost hiker. The hiker was found in good condition however cold and very glad to see the TNSAR searchers.

The full moon illuminated the trail and canyon walls for a nice hike down to the trailhead. Our hungry found hiker joined the team for a warm meal at the Bridgetender before heading back home to Roseville.

The team returned home by 10pm.
