The team was paged out at about 6:45pm for a lost hiker on the Tahoe RIM trail east of 267. The subject called 911 indicating he was lost, cold and not sure which way to go. PCSO advised him to stay put. Eleven TNSAR team members including searchers, Comm Van Operations and ICP support arrived and quickly departed in search of our wayward hiker. PCSO received a total of four cell phone \pings\, three of which were all consistent and one outlier. At approximately 9:15 the subject was found. He was cold, wet feet and anxious to return to the ICP but otherwise in good condition. The subject and the remaining TNSAR searchers all returned to the ICP by 10:00pm.
