75 year old hiker from Donner to Squaw called in suffering from exhaustion at the intersection of the PCT and Granite Chief Trail. 2 searchers started in to assist as CHP helicopter H20 was also dispatched. Helo got to the victim first and transported him out, hikers continued in and walked out with victim's son and grandson.
